So many of our holiday gatherings are geared towards grownups. Adult beverages, fancy hors d’oeuvres and being relegated to the kid’s table can get boring for the children. A make-your-own-pizza competition is a great way to create some interactive fun. Pre-made organic dough from our local pizza parlor made the process super easy. Toques and aprons personalized with letter stickers made everyone look and feel special. Butcher paper spread down the center of the kitchen island and was loaded up with a variety of toppings, and a festive competition was on! Even Santa made an appearance to hand out treats and to taste the finished pizzas, of course!

What is a Chef without a toque and apron?

A large kitchen island spread with butcher paper is the perfect set-up

Yummy toppings; mushrooms, olives, pepperoni, a variety of cheeses and more!

A mini Santa was on hand for passing out treats and judging the finished pizza pies. Samson and Julia Child wanted their picture taken with santa (But I think Julia was more interested in the treats!)
