When the weather gets cooler and the leaves are changing color, our bodies start yearning for warm, comfort food. This dish fits the bill and is extremely versitile. For breakfast or brunch serve with crispy bacon (or not, for the vegetarians) and some warm breakfast breads. For lunch or a light dinner, serve with a crispy green salad and garlic bread.
